Official Rules
Nehemiah's Hands Miata Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Nehemiah's Hands Miata Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Nehemiah's Hands, a Tennessee nonprofit organization (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway or selecting the winner, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the Giveaway is officially opened for entries and ends on the closing date and time posted on the official Nehemiah's Hands Miata Giveaway webpage.
Entries received after the posted deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway for free by completing the official Free Entry form on the Nehemiah's Hands Miata Giveaway webpage or through another authorized Nehemiah's Hands free-entry method.
Entrants must provide:
First and last name
Valid email address
Valid phone number
Agreement to these Official Rules
Limit one free entry per person for the entire Giveaway.
Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
5. Donations
Donations to Nehemiah's Hands are completely voluntary and are not required to enter or win.
A donation:
Does not provide an additional entry.
Does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Does not give an entrant any preference or advantage in winner selection.
Has no effect on whether an entry is accepted.
A person who donates nothing has the same chance of winning as any other eligible entrant.
6. Prize
One eligible winner will receive the 1997 Mazda Miata displayed and described on the official Nehemiah's Hands Miata Giveaway webpage.
The vehicle will be awarded AS IS, in its condition at the time of transfer, without additional warranties or guarantees except as specifically stated by Sponsor.
The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, title fees, registration, insurance, transportation, and other expenses associated with accepting and owning the vehicle unless Sponsor states otherwise.
7. Winner Selection
After the Giveaway closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within three calendar days of the first notification attempt.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility before receiving the vehicle.
If the potential winner:
Cannot be contacted,
Does not respond within three calendar days,
Is determined to be ineligible,
Declines the prize, or
Fails to complete required paperwork,
Sponsor may select another potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Taxes and Vehicle Transfer
The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.
The winner must complete any documentation reasonably required to transfer legal ownership of the vehicle.
10. Entry Information and Privacy
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form may be used to:
Administer the Giveaway,
Verify and maintain entries,
Prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries,
Contact the potential winner, and
Maintain records relating to the Giveaway.
Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to unrelated marketing communications.
11. Fair Play
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, submit multiple or fraudulent entries, interfere with the entry process, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor may use submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, timestamps, and other reasonable information to identify duplicate or fraudulent entries.
12. Technical Problems or Cancellation
If fraud, technical failure, circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or applicable law prevents the Giveaway from being administered fairly as intended, Sponsor may suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway as permitted by law.
If reasonably possible, Sponsor will select a winner fairly from eligible entries received before the interruption.
13. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Tennessee, except where another jurisdiction's applicable law requires otherwise.
